Apple launches the iMac 2019 with the fully-kitted version coming in at RM22,779

Apple has launched a refresh of the iMac for 2019 on the Apple store, with the highest-end configuration – equipped with an i9 processor, Vega 48 graphics card, 64GB RAM, and 2TB SSD – coming in at a staggering RM22,779. Maxis conducts first 5G trial in Cyberjaya

Maxis claims it has begun conducting the first ever live trials of 5G networking in Malaysia earlier this week following the announcement of the telco's collaboration with Huawei at the 2019 Mobile World Congress (MWC). eSIM support now available from Maxis

Maxis is now offering support for embedded SIMs (eSIM) that promises a more convenient setup, easier device swapping and improved reliability. Smartphones that support eSIM no longer need a regular SIM card from a telco in order to get service, making it theoretically simpler to get connected while travelling, swap between different telcos using the same device, and even to transfer a line from one device to another.
